Choosing to head to the recently villa zone of Sofia, today you are choosing a neighborhood, a preferred place to live for Sofia residents. In the composition of the building, a clearly expressed vertical and horizontal division is realized by standard facade elements for the purpose. The choice of colors and the proportioning of the openings and solid parts on the facades complement the image of the building, clearly emphasizing its residential character. An adequate response to the surrounding environment and the exposure of the facades was sought through more open facades to the south.

The structure of the building is frame-beamless, with vertical load-bearing elements of reinforced concrete columns and washers. The enclosing walls are planned to be made of 25 cm bricks with 10 cm ESP thermal insulation. The internal partition walls are 12 cm thick and are made of brickwork. The roof and facade panels will be filled with the appropriate insulation and plasters ensuring comfort of habitation, integrity and durability of the structure. The building is designed with six-chamber PVC joinery, 44 mm glazing – 4Ka/4B/4Hys.en.
